PAS 2035 CERTIFIED
Before any funded energy upgrade can take place — insulation, heat pumps, solar panels — a PAS 2035 compliant Retrofit Assessment is legally required. We deliver the complete compliance bundle in a single visit.
What is it?
A Retrofit Assessment goes far beyond a standard EPC. Under PAS 2035, we assess the whole house — insulation levels, ventilation, heating systems, structural condition, occupancy patterns, and moisture risk — to produce a full compliance report.
This report is then passed to a Retrofit Coordinator who designs the upgrade plan. Without it, no ECO4, SHDF, or Warm Homes funding can be accessed.
